Happy Thanksgiving friends!! It’s officially the most wonderful time of the year – a time to relax, spend time with family, celebrate friendships, and eat our hearts out. I’m feeling extra grateful this year, and in the spirit of spreading some sunshine, I figured I would write down a few things big and small that are making my heart feel full.
Each year, I get increasingly thankful for the most essential things that we often take for granted. I’m thankful for my health, and the health of all my loved ones. I’m thankful for a happy relationship and my closest of friends. I’m thankful to have a job that I continue to learn from with great coworkers. I’m thankful for my little animals I love so much. I’m thankful to finally be feeling energized with my workouts again. I’m thankful to be living by myself for the first time in my favorite city. I’m thankful for this community where I feel comfortable enough to express myself and inspired to focus on the positives. I’m thankful for some time off to relax and enjoy time with the people I love. And I’m certainly thankful for yummy Thanksgiving food!
So here’s a big thank you to all the people in my life who make it feel extra full. No matter what your holiday looks like this year, I hope you’re able to find a few things to feel grateful for too, and that you can spend it with people you love.
